March and April events will be held virtually via Zoom from 11am-1pm. May event will be held in-person.*
March 28th: Reshaping Conversations
- Explore effective approaches for communicating with young people in a way that is empowering, respectful, and judgment-free.
April 11th: Trauma-Informed Approaches
- This session will introduce three types of trauma and build skills to talk about sexuality in a way that is not re-traumatizing for young people.
May 8th/9th: Sexual Health Discussion
- Join Healthy Futures of Texas staff for an in-person* discussion and debrief of the training series. Additional content offered through a look into the Texas landscape of teen pregnancy, sex education, access to contraception, access to clinics and Title X, and more.
